The Home Treatment Teams of Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provide safe, home-based care for people in mental health crisis, as an alternative to inpatient admission. The Healthcare Support Worker will assist in delivering high standards of care under the supervision of a qualified nurse, often visiting patients in their own homes.

• Experience in care settings or mental health support preferred.
• Ability to work with supervision from qualified nursing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical and therapeutic support to people in crisis, often in their own homes.
• Assist in delivering high standards of care under direction of a qualified nurse.
• Carry out home visits and adhere to Trust policies.
• Support daily living skills including housing, benefits, employment, education, recreation and relationships.
• Promote recovery and engagement in psychosocial activities.
