Qualifications

• Experience in mental health settings preferred.
• Care certificates or NVQ required.

Responsibilities

• Support Registered clinicians with care plans.
• Visit service users at home to monitor mental health.
• Answer Crisis Team calls and make referrals.
• Contribute to care planning and records.
