You will work with inpatient wards, community teams, and primary care, provide medicines information, participate in audits, education, and governance activities, and support

Qualifications

• Provision of a clinical pharmacy service to inpatient wards and community teams across the Salisbury & Wiltshire localities.
• Attend multidisciplinary rounds, team meetings and ward rounds
• Participation in the education and training of all grades of staff within the Trust on issues concerned with medicines.
