Job summary

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Pharmacist to join the Medicines Team, providing clinical pharmacy and medicines optimisation support to inpatients and community/home settings. The role is part-time on a fixed-term contract, with initial placement at St Ann's and potential to cover other sites.

Newly qualified GPHC registrants are welcome; secondment is possible with prior permissions. DBS check is required and the Trust will cover costs.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree and registration with GPhC.
