Job summary

Devon Partnership Trust is seeking a specialist clinical pharmacist to support community mental health teams in North Devon. You will provide expert input, develop links with PCN services, and assist with inpatient admissions where needed.

The role includes medication reviews, counselling, prescribing, audits, and professional training, with opportunities to develop clinical knowledge and progression through a banding process.

Qualifications

• Current GPhC registration and ongoing CPD.
• Postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
• Independent prescribing qualification or nearing completion.
• Experience in mental health pharmacy practice is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide a specialist clinical pharmacy service to Mental Health community teams in North Devon.
• Collaborate with local primary care and other mental health services.
• Involves medication reviews, counselling, prescribing, audits, and training.
