Hampshire County Council is recruiting for a Case Worker to join our Mental Health and Substance Misuse Team. You will assess individuals in the community, provide guidance to maximise independence, and work with families and professionals to connect people with community resources.

No prior social work experience is required, as training and supervision are provided to support career development in adults' social care.

Qualifications
