Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an innovative and conscientious Clinical Team Secretary/Administrator to join our Community Mental Health Team in Redcar. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a starting salary of £25,760 per annum (pro rata) and benefits including an NHS pension.

The closing date is 29 October 2026. You will work closely with Nursing colleagues, Social Workers and Support Workers, providing essential administration to enable high-quality care

Formación

• Experience in an administrative role is essential.
• NHS or health care experience is not required, but helpful.
• Demonstrable passion for people, customer service, and strong organisational skills.
• Interest in working in a health care setting with a can-do attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Be point of contact for the clinical team, service users, carers and visitors; respond in a professional, compassionate manner.
• Provide cross-cover support for other community teams when required.
• Promote a positive image of the mental health service and the Trust.
• Handle telephone calls, emails and letters, and liaise with partner organisations.
• Manage calendars, organise appointments/meetings/events, and take minutes.
• Data input onto Healthcare PMS, file and prepare case notes; photocopying.
