About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our menswear floor. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of luxury service, driving sales performance, and supporting the Floor Manager in leading and motivating the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a role model on the shop floor, demonstrating exceptional client service and ensuring every customer receives a luxury experience.
- Support the Floor Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and rota organisation.
- Inspire, coach, and support the Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding client engagement, styling advice, and product knowledge.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the menswear section reflects the luxury environment.
- Monitor stock levels, manage replenishment, and liaise with stockroom to ensure availability of core lines and new season arrivals.
- Assist in handling client feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs by actively engaging with customers and maximising every sales opportunity.
About You
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Associate in luxury menswear retail.
- A natural leader with strong people skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passionate about menswear and styling, with strong product knowledge and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer‑centric mindset with proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
