Job summary

Voy is building the future of menopause care in the UK, delivering data-informed, remote menopause services to over a million members. We seek a passionate Menopause Specialist Doctor to join our growing Voy Menopause team on a full-time basis, with part-time considered for exceptional candidates.

You will provide high-quality care via video and asynchronous consultations, lead a small MDT, and contribute to continuous CPD and mentorship through the Voy Menopause Academy.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified medical practitioner with GMC registration.
• Specialised menopause qualifications essential (e.g., BMS certification).
• Proven menopause care experience and HRT prescribing.
• Comfort delivering care remotely via video and asynchronous methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality menopause care through video and asynchronous consultations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including HRT and supplements.
• Collaborate within a diverse MDT to ensure safe outcomes.
• Lead a squad of 5–6 doctors with optional managerial track.
• Participate in MDTs, case reviews, governance.

We're looking for a talented and passionate Menopause Specialist Doctor to join our growing Voy Menopause team on a full-time basis.*

The Role

You will provide high-quality menopause care through both synchronous (video) and asynchronous consultations, supporting patients remotely while maintaining the same warmth and continuity as in-person care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care in line with National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), British Menopause Society (BMS), and other relevant clinical guidance.
• Assessing patients and developing tailored, individualised treatment plans, including prescribing multiple forms of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), supplements, and innovative new products.
• Providing holistic menopause care via asynchronous messaging and video consultations.
• Supporting continuity of care, enabling long-term management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms.
• Collaborating within a highly diverse multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure safe, high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Actively participating in clinical MDTs, case reviews, and continuous clinical governance.
• Leading a squad of 5–6 doctors, responsible for training, mentoring, and performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team (optional, part of manager track only)

*Part time (strict minimum of 22.5 hours per week) may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Who You Are

• Qualified medical practitioner with full, unrestricted GMC registration.
• Additional specialised menopause qualifications (e.g., BMS certification/accreditation) are essential.
• Proven clinical experience in dedicated menopause care and complex HRT and testosterone prescribing (essential).
• A warm, empathetic communicator who ensures patients feel heard, supported, and respected.
• Confident delivering care in a digital/remote setting (video and asynchronous consultations) and excited by a data-informed care model that cuts out administrative bloat.
• An excellent collaborator, comfortable working across both clinical and non-clinical teams.
• Committed to upholding clinical excellence, top-tier patient safety, and evidence-based medicine.
