Gateshead Health in Gateshead invites applications for a clinical Team Manager to lead the Older Persons Specialist Memory Hub. You will drive leadership, support the transformation of the Organic Pathway, and help improve diagnostic times and post-diagnostic support for people living with dementia.

The post requires registration with the NMC in Mental Health, extensive experience in Older Persons Mental Health, and a proven ability to develop staff, monitor quality, and deliver compassionate,

Qualificações

• Registered on the NMC register, Mental Health and Leadership Qualification required.
• Proven ability to develop and change clinical practice.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including IT literacy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide management to the team with accountability for safe delivery of patient care.
• Support Clinical Operational Manager in service improvements and transformational projects.
• Monitor performance and quality, and ensure targets are met.
• Ensure the patient and family experience is understood within the teams.
• Develop and deliver training packages to enhance workforce knowledge and skills.
