The Crematorium and Memorial Group is seeking a Memorial Consultant at Fenland Crematorium. You will help families choose and personalise memorials that reflect loved ones, while delivering compassionate, client-focused service.

You will guide clients through options, manage records, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth order processing. This role requires empathy, strong communication, and IT literacy for records management.

Job Type: Full-time, 38.33 Hours Per Week

Salary: £28,103.56 per annum + sales based commission

Are you a compassionate, empathetic individual with strong interpersonal skills? We are seeking a Memorial Consultant to join our team at Fenland Crematoium, where you will support families in creating lasting tributes for their loved ones. This role blends care, consultation, and support.

The Role

As a Memorial Consultant, you will work with families to help them choose and personalise memorials that suit their wishes and budget. You will provide clear, compassionate advice while maintaining excellent client service and meeting agreed performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with families to discuss and recommend memorial options, including plaques, headstones, and garden placements.


• Guide clients through the memorial selection, personalisation, and installation process.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a natural empathy and ability to support grieving families with sensitivity.


• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Is a confident communicator with strong active listening skills.


• Is organised and detail-oriented, with excellent administrative abilities.


• Has experience in client support, retail, bereavement services, or similar client-facing roles.


• Is comfortable using IT systems to manage client records and documentation.
