Qualifications

3–5 years of industry experience in chemical research or membrane science.
Proven experience in polymeric membrane development and related lab work.
Knowledge of membrane separation processes and surface modification.
Strong problem-solving, data interpretation and technical documentation skills.
Able to communicate complex results clearly for transfers and product development.

Responsibilities

Conduct lab-based work aligned with product programmes addressing customer needs and market demands.
Extend the core platform and IP through innovative R&D activities.
Test and analyze substrates and materials for membrane purification, separation and surface modification.
Evaluate results to inform surface treatment development and process optimization.
Prepare process development reports, tech transfer documents and SOPs.
Collaborate across teams to plan and execute membrane separation projects.
