Each week, our showrooms are transformed with the latest collections from prestigious fashion, jewellery, leather goods, and accessory brands. We have recently expanded our showroom network with the launch of an e-shop, making the joy of shopping accessible to even more people. With over 300,000 clients in our database, Arlettie offers a calendar of exclusive sales, providing our community with a truly unique shopping experience. ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team on zero-hour contract. In this role, you will conduct outbound calls to promote and sell memberships, targeting potential and returning clients. Your ability to communicate confidently, engage with prospects, and highlight the benefits of our membership program will be key to your success. This flexible position is ideal for individuals with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role is based in our London office near Oxford Circus. Remote work is not available.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct outbound calls to potential and past clients, encouraging them to purchase memberships.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of membership, tailoring your approach based on customer profiles.
• Overcome objections, handle client inquiries, and confidently close sales.
• Follow structured call scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
• Accurately log interactions and update client records in our system.
• Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to campaign success.
• Work collaboratively with the Membership team to optimise conversion strategies. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience in strong sales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a confident, engaging phone manner.
• A natural ability to build rapport and handle objections with professionalism.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work towards sales goals.
• Ability to adapt to different client responses while following key messaging.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to log call details accurately.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call software (a plus).
• Enthusiasm for luxury brands and fashion is desirable.
