Join Us as a Membership Recruiter – Support Wildlife Conservation in Kent

Are you passionate about wildlife, nature, and making a difference for the environment? We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join our fundraising team as Membership Recruiters on behalf of Kent Wildlife Trust and help drive their vital conservation work forward.

About the Role:

As a Membership Recruiter, you’ll engage with the public at pre-booked events and shows throughout Kent, raising awareness about the Trust’s mission and encouraging new members to support our efforts in protecting and restoring nature.

This is a part-time position, perfect for those available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (3 days per week). Every day offers a new opportunity to make an impact!

We are looking for individuals who:

• Possess strong communication skills and can engage and inspire people face-to-face.
• Are self-motivated, positive, and have a strong work ethic.
• Enjoy flexibility and are comfortable with travel and working weekends.
• Have a full driving license and access to your own vehicle.

This role is ideal for someone looking to contribute to wildlife conservation in a fulfilling and flexible way.

Additional Information:

• Uniform, equipment, and point-of-sale materials (including an electronic tablet) will be provided.
• Accommodation is available for overnight stays, as well as a contribution towards travel expenses.
