Lanserhof at The Arts Club aims to be London's premier longevity facility, providing Members of the private club and clients of Lanserhof access to top medical experts and innovative treatments. The facility is led by Lanserhof’s multi-award-winning team of Doctors and health professionals.

JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a professional, experienced sales person passionate about health and wellbeing. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly organized. Your role involves showcasing our facilities and services to prospective members, demonstrating your passion for wellness through detailed descriptions of our offerings. Building rapport and developing lasting client relationships in person are key, as is supporting the Membership Manager in various tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Membership:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential members, responding promptly to inquiries, conducting tours, and promoting services.
  • Promote and sell various membership packages to VIP/HNW individuals and groups, aiming to meet targets.
  • Record all leads and inquiries in the members’ database to monitor conversion rates.
  • Handle membership administration, including profile setup and updates on systems like Mindbody and Semble.
  • Coordinate with departments involved in the member journey.
  • Build strong relationships with existing members by addressing queries and understanding their needs, ensuring high service standards.
  • Assist the Head of Membership with communication, rules, membership details, and daily operations.
  • Support the renewal process for memberships.
  • Participate in new member introductory meetings with The Arts Club.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Conduct club inductions covering operational aspects.
  • Manage members' health journeys, book inductions, and follow up.
  • Assist in planning and attending member events to foster rapport.
  • Provide potential members with information about services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of members’ information at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assertive, articulate, and polite.
  • Experience in luxury customer service.
  • Good time management and flexibility.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and adaptability within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Calmness under pressure.
  • Experience in a luxury private medical or wellness environment.
  • Experience working with VIPs and HNW clients.
  • Degree qualification.
  • Event organization and coordination experience.
