Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Membership Advisor to showcase our facilities and help potential members find their perfect match. You’ll meet people by phone or in person, give tours of the club, and tailor recommendations to individual fitness goals.

You’ll promote additional products and services, working with a friendly team in a lively hotel club environment and enjoying flexible hours and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• A passion for fitness and leisure is beneficial.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor offerings.

Responsibilities

So, as Membership Advisor, it’s your job to ensure a perfect match.

You’ll bring that vibrant personality and oh-so-loveable nature to showcase our facilities to potential new members. You’ll get to know what they’re looking for, what they hope to achieve and demonstrate how Village Gym is their match made in heaven.

You love meeting new people, so you’ll enjoy getting to know potential new members, by phone, or in person when you give them a grand tour of the club.

You’ll match their individual needs to the facilities we have on offer, to ensure their fitness journey gets off to a great start. Plus, advise on additional products and services to help them smash those fitness goals.

• An ability to understand the individual needs and wants of our members and tailor your service and communication around them
• A drive to achieve and exceed targets

**This role is offered with uncapped commission, realistic OTE of an additional £4,800 per annum**
