Job Description: Membership Advisor at Village Hotel Club

The first step on the road to fitness is making the decision to get started. Joining a gym is like dating—you want to know what you're committing to, whether you have the time to fit it into your busy schedule, and that the relationship offers what you're dreaming of.

As a Membership Advisor, your job is to ensure a perfect match. You'll bring a vibrant personality and a loveable nature to showcase our facilities to potential members. You’ll learn what they’re looking for, their goals, and demonstrate how Village Gym is their ideal choice.

You love meeting new people and will enjoy engaging with potential members by phone or in person, giving them a tour of the club. You’ll match their individual needs to our facilities to ensure their fitness journey starts well. Additionally, you'll advise on additional products and services to help them achieve their goals.
