Job summary

CF Fundraising in the United Kingdom seeks dynamic fundraising staff to inspire people to join Surrey Wildlife Trust. The role is three days a week (Friday to Sunday) with an uncapped commission structure and a competitive basic hourly rate.

You'll receive full training and work in a friendly team that makes a real difference for wildlife and habitats. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are welcomed; GDPR compliant processes apply.

Qualifications

• People skills essential for engaging the public.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Motivation to earn uncapped commission is important.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Available to work Friday to Sunday each week.

Responsibilities

• Inspire members of the public to join Surrey Wildlife Trust.
• Represent CF Fundraising and the charity in community settings.
• Meet membership targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Receive full training and ongoing support.
