Job summary

Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust is seeking a dynamic Membership Recruiter to represent the charity at venues and events, encouraging monthly direct debit donations. You’ll work three days per week, weekends and bank holidays, with full paid training and a clear path to earnings through uncapped commission.

You should hold a valid driving licence, have access to a car, and be comfortable outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car/van.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust as a Membership Recruiter at pre-booked venues and events.
• Inspire people to support conservation through monthly direct debit donations.
• Meet diverse audiences, work weekends and bank holidays, and maximise earnings.
• Collaborate with the Venue Coordination Team for scheduling and logistics.
