Job summary

CF Fundraising Ltd is recruiting enthusiastic Charity Membership Sales Representatives to represent Wildlife Trust BCN at busy venues across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire. Earn £20+ per hour including commission, with top performers £30–£40 per hour.

Hours are part-time (Friday to Sunday). You’ll work at events, promoting memberships to support wildlife conservation and meet ambitious targets with training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, fundraising, retail, hospitality, customer service, recruitment or promotions would be useful, but is not essential.
• Friendly, confident and approachable.
• Positive, motivated and comfortable working towards targets.
• A good communicator who enjoys meeting new people.

Responsibilities

• Represent Wildlife Trust BCN at busy shopping centres, garden centres, country shows and events across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire.
• Engage with members of the public and explain how membership helps protect wildlife.
• Encourage people to become regular members and aim for individual and team targets.
• Deliver a positive, professional experience to potential supporters.
