Pertemps Black Country Perms in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive with a strong commercial focus. You will manage inbound enquiries, develop a sales pipeline and convert opportunities, while also generating revenue through events, training, sponsorship and partnerships.

In this role you will work to exceed sales targets, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Marketing to maximise leads and campaigns.

Formación

• Previous internal sales, telesales, sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• A confident, proactive and commercially minded approach.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• The ability to build relationships and convert enquiries into sales.
• Experience selling events, sponsorship, advertising or membership services would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound enquiries and convert leads into new business.
• Conduct telephone-based discovery calls and understand customer requirements.
• Proactively contact prospective and lapsed customers.
• Manage and develop a structured pipeline using the CRM.
• Promote and sell events, training and commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing to maximise leads and campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and produce pipeline/KPI reports.
• Prepare quotes and proforma invoices and ensure a smooth customer handover.
