Job description

Base pay range

Basic Salary £40,000-£45,000 dependant on experience plus benefits including 25 Days Holiday, 5% Pension Contribution, BUPA, Cycle to Work Scheme, Season Ticket Loan.

Membership Engagement Manager
Corporate Membership Organisation

Permanent, Full Time

My client, a corporate membership organization based in Central London, is currently seeking a Membership Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of 80+ members, ensuring consistent and proactive engagement.
  2. Develop in-depth knowledge of each member organisation’s goals, challenges, and areas of interest to tailor offerings.
  3. Conduct regular meetings with members (virtual and in person) to foster long-term relationships.
  4. Member Engagement & Strategic Account Management: Increase member satisfaction and retention by identifying opportunities for deeper member involvement.
  5. Collaborate with the Head of Membership & Marketing to develop tailored engagement plans.
  6. Track member participation and feedback to develop insights for retention efforts.
  7. Drive growth by leading on selling across offers, focused around leadership interventions.
  8. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use CRM and analytics tools to monitor member engagement metrics.
  9. Attend events in central London to meet with members and stay informed of critical issues.
Person Specification
  1. A level or above equivalent.
  2. Prior experience in relationship management, ideally within a membership-based or non-profit organisation.
  3. Proven experience in business development and selling products or services.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Analytical mindset to interpret engagement data.

Please note: A degree in a political subject and/or some experience in politics, government, parliament, policy, public affairs, external affairs would be highly desirable.
