Who are we?
Qube is the world’s first members-based studio for music and content creators. Merging a meaningful community of a members’ club with the magic of a creative studio and the convenience of a co-working space. Our curated community of musicians, producers, podcasters, youtubers, artists, photographers and creative entrepreneurs share a membership that celebrates diversity and inclusivity. Our four London sites are home to a thriving community of over a 1000 professional creators and 80+ studios across the creative disciplines, and we’re now continuing to grow quickly with a 5th & 6th site on the horizon.
The Role
We’re hiring a sharp, personable, and hyper-organised Membership & Bookings Manager to join our revenue team. This is a sales-focused role (approx. 70% sales, 30% coordination), working across our newest studios in Elephant & Castle and supporting across all sites.
You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound studio bookings and membership enquiries, turning leads into confirmed sales with speed, warmth, and clarity. Whether you’re replying to a studio hire request, giving a tour to a prospective member, or following up with a label rep, your communication will shape how people experience Qube.
This is a key commercial role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands creative clientele, and wants to be part of an ambitious, high-growth business in the creative industries. With four thriving London sites and two more on the horizon, we’re scaling and looking for people who thrive in startup environments.
