Purpose of Post

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Coach to support apprentices in achieving their Level 3 qualifications, specifically in Team Leader and Business Administrator standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and guiding apprentices through their learning journey, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for successful completion.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading teams, strong administrative skills, and a passion for developing others through high-quality coaching and support.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Learning and Development Coach, you will be supporting your learners through the successful completion of their apprenticeship program by providing coaching, guidance and support to both the learners and their employer.

You will maintain regular contact with your learners and their employers and will be measured on learner progression.

Our programmes are delivered through a blended learning approach including, observations, professional discussions, work-based evidence, assignments, witness testimonies, and group taught session, you will ensuring that scheduled assessments, tasks and activities are complete.

It is a given with the nature of the role that excellent communication is key, with a desire to work in a coaching and mentoring environment.
