Job summary

Anytime Fitness Moseley is seeking a friendly Membership Advisor to join our team. This part-time, customer-facing role focuses on helping prospective members explore memberships and supporting existing members on their fitness journey.

You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering outstanding member experiences, promoting options, and following up on inquiries. Weekend shifts and target-driven earnings are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• A confident communicator with a proactive, people-first attitude.
• Passionate about fitness and building strong member relationships.
• Comfortable working towards targets and earning commission.
• Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification preferred (but not essential).
• Bonus Opportunity: Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification can build your PT business with access to a solid membership base.

Pay & Benefits

• £25,000-£26,000 (full-time equivalent, pro rata) + OTE
