Our work involves regular interaction with data, so experience with data management systems is important. A strong understanding of database management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems—particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
Planning is central to our success, and we value team members who are highly organised and deadline-driven. Adaptability is equally important; we operate in a dynamic environment where people and systems often change, so being flexible and responsive is key.
