Job summary

Industrious is seeking a friendly Member Experience Associate to be the first face at the office, prepare the space each day and keep shared amenities ready for our members.

You’ll manage inventory, order supplies, design simple signage for events, onboard new members in multiple systems, and assist with IT or wifi issues as needed.

With £29,000 base plus a performance bonus, you’ll join a team that values collaboration, proactive problem-solving and creating great days for members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the office for the day: brewing coffee, breakfast, and stocking amenities.
• Manage inventory and order location supplies.
• Design signage for events and programmes.
• Onboard new members into multiple systems for a seamless first day.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Participate in local marketing events to communicate value of our flexible solutions.
• Give a walk-through tour when appropriate with the Member Experience Manager.
