The Roof Gardens is seeking a confident Receptionist to be the warm, professional face of our front of house. You will welcome members, register them with care, and tailor experiences based on preferences while handling inquiries by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a member-facing role within luxury hospitality.
• Welcoming and registering members with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain up-to-date member data and tailor visits.
• Handle member inquiries via phone and email.
• Knowledge of club facilities and events.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members as they arrive and throughout their visit.
• Manage reservations, bookings and general inquiries.
• Support events team with coordination of member events and large gatherings.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of daily and weekly activities for members.
