Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Front of House Team Member / Receptionist at Harrogate FWC to warmly welcome members and visitors, supporting reception and café areas. The role requires confidence, empathy, and strong communication, with basic Word and Excel skills and a willingness to train as Lifeguard.

The position is part-time (32 hours/week) with a pro-rata salary reflecting a £26,707.20 annualized figure for the part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service.
• Confidence and empathy to greet members and visitors.
• Clear communication face-to-face and by phone.
• Competent with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our club.
• Support the smooth running of our reception and café areas.
• Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.
• Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way.
• Support the café team by preparing and serving fresh, healthy and nutritional food and drinks.
• Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo Lifeguard training at site.
