Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to deliver MEICA works on Thames Water schemes in Luton. You will manage day-to-day site operations, oversee mechanical, electrical and civils works, and supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality and progress against programme.

The candidate should have MEICA experience within the water industry, CSCS (Black/Gold) and SMSTS qualifications, and a full UK driving licence.

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver MEICA works on Thames Water schemes in Luton. The successful candidate must have previous experience managing MEICA works within the water industry.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations.
• Overseeing mechanical, electrical and civils works.
• Supervising site teams and subcontractors.
• Liaising with Thames Water and the project management team.
• Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation.
• Coordinating labour, plant and materials.
• Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Black or Gold CSCS.
• SMSTS.
• Previous MEICA experience within the water industry.
• Experience working on Thames Water schemes.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and civils works.
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
• Good understanding of health and safety, RAMS and quality procedures.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
