Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee MEICA works on water infrastructure projects in the UK. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and drive delivery to schedule, cost and quality standards.

The role requires strong MEICA knowledge, CSCS Black Card and Thames Water Safety Passport where applicable, with a focus on safety, governance and stakeholder communication. On-site leadership and robust programme management are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, engineering or infrastructure sectors.
• Experience delivering MEICA works within water infrastructure or related environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation installation activities.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015 and health & safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities for MEICA installation and deliveries.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and subcontractors, providing progress updates.
• Oversee site programme, milestones and budgets, and identify delays with mitigation.
