Job summary

Barhale is seeking a MEICA Estimator in the UK to develop MEICA estimates and tenders for our MEICA projects. The role drives scope and design through tendering to contract award, collaborating with Contracts Manager and project teams.

You will deliver accurate bottom-up cost estimates, contribute to tender strategy, and promote safe and efficient delivery while aligning with Barhale values. This role suits someone with MEICA knowledge, experience with drawings, and NEC/contracting familiarity,

Qualifications

Understanding MEICA equipment and systems with cost estimation experience.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and build cost routines.
MEICA installation/commissioning knowledge for water/wastewater projects.
Experience with NEC contracts and working within water/wastewater frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop scope of work for MEICA projects and tender responses.
Produce bottom-up MEICA cost estimates for tender submissions.
Input to technical quality responses and ensure CPR230/PL101 governance.
Collaborate with MEICA Contracts Manager, Project Manager and suppliers to deliver accurate tenders.
Promote safe, efficient and environmentally responsible project delivery.
