Job summary
Anglian Water is seeking a MEICA commissioning engineer to drive on-site commissioning activities across a range of clean water and water recycling projects. You will ensure assets are tested, optimised and ready for operation before handover, working within a multi-disciplinary team in a safety- and quality-focused environment.
The role offers opportunities for technical development, collaboration with design and delivery teams, and engagement with equipment suppliers.
Qualifications
- Hands-on engineer with commissioning, operations, or maintenance exposure.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities for multi-disciplinary projects.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across regions.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of commissioning on site.
- Collaborate with design, delivery, and operations teams for outcomes.
- Assist in site inspections, testing, and performance verification of new assets.
- Produce commissioning documentation including method statements and risk assessments.
- Help resolve technical issues and optimise performance.
- Participate in site acceptance testing and engage with equipment suppliers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned processes.
