Qualifications

• Proven record improving availability, reliability, and performance of water/wastewater assets.
• Extensive MEICA experience in treatment works, pumping systems, ICA/SCADA, and process-critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of water-sector regulatory drivers, compliance obligations, and service performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop performance frameworks tailored to water/wastewater treatment and networks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Water and Wastewater leadership teams.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to enhance reliability and serviceability.
