Edwardian Manchester Hotel is seeking a Meetings and Events Waiter/Waitress to join the Meetings & Events Operations Team. This role is currently on a zero-hours basis and involves supporting the smooth running of the meetings and events service under the Event Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in meetings and events operations as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in events environment or busy restaurant.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Passion for food and beverage and awareness of current trends.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth running of the meetings and events service alongside the Event Managers.
• Under guidance of the events team, maintain high levels of service and attention to detail at all times.
• Contribute to delivering a quality guest experience during meetings and events.
