What you will be doing:

  • Accurate administration and control of all Meetings, Events, Weddings & Group bookings.
  • Taking enquiries and converting them into sales.
  • Interacting with clients through show rounds and fam trips.
  • Adhering to policies regarding enquiry handling and contracts.
  • Keeping all files updated and managing diaries to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Coordinating final details, payments, and requests prior to events.
  • Following company credit policies to ensure revenue collection.
  • Maximizing room hire potential with seasonal strategies.
  • Identifying new business leads for the Director of Sales.
  • Maintaining high product knowledge of the hotel and competitors.
  • Communicating any information impacting profitability to the Events Manager.
  • Following up with guests to measure satisfaction and improve service quality.
