As our Meeting & Event Sales Coordinator, you will understand what it means to deliver exceptional hospitality and will thrive on exceeding guest expectations. Your primary focus will be on our Meetings, Events, and Groups business, handling a variety of clients from inquiries and event details to billing and record keeping.
In some hotels, we have launched V Works, our co-working business centre. Can you sell the vision of a collaborative working space? You will impress customers with excellent service and grow our customer base by identifying new leads and converting inquiries into members. With a great personality and a passion for sales, you will offer guests appealing options while ensuring hotel profitability.
You should be highly attentive and capable of maintaining consistent standards. A can-do attitude is essential. Teamwork is key in this industry; you should be a strong team player willing to assist wherever needed.
