Klarent Hospitality Limited in Coventry is seeking a Meeting & Events Sales Executive for a maternity cover role. You will handle customer inquiries, support the Meetings & Events Manager with administration, and help grow our event bookings.

Responsibilities include maintaining the market segment database, performing market research and telesales, and meeting KPIs. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Ensure all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Provide administration support and complete monthly reports for the Meeting and Events Manager
• Maintain the market segment database
• Conduct market research/telesales campaigns
• Meet KPIs and targets
• Ensure adequate supply of stationery and brochures are in stock
