Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Meeting & Events Manager to lead a high-performing team within one of London's most versatile and well-regarded event venues. With up to 17 distinct event spaces, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise event revenue through strategic diary and space management
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing M&E team
  • Ensure smooth coordination with clients, agents, and internal departments
  • Handle enquiries, site visits, and ongoing client relationships
  • Support revenue meetings and performance reporting
  • Develop and implement SOPs and best practices across the department

  • Proven experience in meetings & events management, ideally in hospitality
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
