Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Services Inc. seeks a MedTech Supply Chain Business Adoption Lead to accelerate digital transformation across 40+ ERP systems. Based in Pinewood, UK or other locations, you will drive organizational change, governance and readiness to enable value realization.

You will partner with global teams, lead change strategy, training, communications and executive reporting, and ensure sustainable adoption while enabling cross-functional collaboration and strategic decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of professional work experience in large-scale change programmes.
• Experience designing and implementing change strategies across functions, value streams, regions or deployments.

Responsibilities

• Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy, approach, roadmap and standards.
• Lead and coordinate the Business Adoption team across change impacts, personas, communications, engagement, training, readiness, change networks, role mapping, access management, transition and sustainment.
• Maintain a programme-level view of change impacts, stakeholder groups, adoption risks, dependencies and readiness.
• Oversee training strategy, needs analysis, curriculum, material development, scheduling, logistics and deployment.
