Job summary

Prospect Health is seeking an experienced Quotes & Tenders Supervisor to lead a UK & Ireland team responsible for quotations, pricing, tenders and contracts. You will shape processes, influence commercial strategy and collaborate with Sales and senior stakeholders to win and deliver new opportunities.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days office-based and 2 from home, Monday to Friday, with a focus on high standards, timeliness and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UK procurement and tendering.
• Experience in commercial bids, tenders or operational environments.
• Experience leading and developing a team of specialists.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Quotes & Tender team, setting priorities and ensuring accurate, timely submissions.
• Manage end-to-end quotation and tender process across the UK & Ireland.
• Review pricing, cost models and commercial proposals prior to submission.
• Work with Sales to develop effective bid strategies and anticipate customer requirements.
• Manage tender deadlines and ensure high-quality submissions.
• Identify opportunities, risks and compliance issues; drive process improvements.
