Job summary

STERIS is recruiting a Production Manager for our Medisafe team in the UK. You will lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure quality and safety standards are met across capital equipment production and service engineering requirements.

You will coordinate planning, manage resources, and mentor operatives to sustain efficiency, cost control and high output while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment and production systems.
• Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts and manage staff across functions.
• Experience addressing production issues, supply chain disruptions or quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing operations to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time and within budget.
• Drive lean improvements to increase output and reduce costs.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate production to meet KPIs and customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
