Johnson & Johnson Medtech Surgery is seeking an Energy Sales Specialist to drive growth in the East of England. You will engage key accounts like Addenbrookes and Milton Keynes, promoting J&J energy products across specialties and delivering advanced surgical technologies to healthcare professionals.

You will develop strategic plans, build trust with customers, and collaborate with regional teams to expand adoption of innovative medical devices while aligning with the Credo values.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and selling within healthcare or medical devices.
• Ability to analyze stakeholder requirements and develop strategies to drive technology adoption.
• Strong consultative selling skills to become a trusted business advisor.

Responsabilités

• Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
• Interact and promote products to key customers in the assigned region.
• Develop comprehensive business plans focusing on high-value opportunities to grow and protect the business.
• Own the relationship between the Company and the customer, ensuring alignment of efforts.
• Work with Regional Sales Manager to define commercial requirements and strategies.
• Share insights from the external marketplace to shape future business plans.
• Maintain competence in procedural focus areas and product portfolio.
• Act as an ambassador for Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices aligned to our Credo.
