Job summary

Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a data and analytics professional to support Medicines Optimisation and Pharmacy Services (MOPS) by collecting, analysing, and reporting data from clinical, pharmacy, workforce and financial systems.

You will develop dashboards and reports, support performance monitoring and quality improvement, whilst working with clinical, digital and corporate teams to ensure data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, extracting, analysing, and interpreting data.
• Experience producing accurate, timely, and meaningful reports.
• Experience presenting information to a variety of audiences.
• Experience working to targets and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Medicines Optimisation and Pharmacy Services (MOPS).

Responsibilities

• Collecting, validating, analysing, and reporting data from clinical, pharmacy, workforce, financial, digital, and patient administration systems.
• Supporting mandatory reporting requirements for MOPS.
• Undertaking audits and surveillance, analysing findings, identifying trends and risks, and presenting results clearly.
• Producing accurate dashboards and reports, including graphical presentations, for key stakeholders.
• Developing databases and reporting systems to support medicines optimisation and pharmacy services.
• Providing analytical support for service improvement, incidents, and operational priorities.
• Collaborating with clinical, operational, digital and corporate teams to ensure data governance.
• Contributing to policies, procedures and quality improvement activities.
