Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking a committed Support Worker (Medication Trained) to assist adults with learning disabilities and autism in small supported living settings around Frome.

The role requires medication administration and MAR chart confidence, with varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Applicants should have medication training, recent care experience in supported living, and a full UK driving licence with access to a car.

Qualifications

• Medication training and recent experience giving medication.
• Supported living or learning disability experience.
• Full UK driving licence and your own car, ideally.
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference.

Responsibilities

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in small supported living services.
• Administering medication, confident with MAR charts.
• Days, nights and weekends, with regular shifts booked ahead.
• Mileage between visits is paid.
