Job summary

Agincare Frome is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help multiple individuals with learning disabilities live independently in the community. You will assist with personal care, daily routines and meaningful activities, building trust and lasting connections.

Join a values-led team with full training, funded progression to QCF Level 5, a pension, Blue Light Card discounts and a £13.20 per hour rate. A full UK driving license is preferred and support for career development is provided.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Team player who values consistency and working with others.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
