You will partner with cross-functional teams to draft and review protocols and CSRs, manage document development cycles, and help translate complex data into clear language for sponsors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a biomedical or life sciences field with relevant experience.
• Strong scientific writing and data interpretation skills.
• Experience or exposure to results reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to CRO/Pharma environment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review clinical documents for early-phase trials (I–IIa) focusing on safety and PK.
• Learn how to develop protocols and CSRs with supervision.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to drive the document development cycle.
• Manage client expectations and lead meetings with sponsors.
