Job summary

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Support Manager - Medicine to provide comprehensive operational support within the Division. The role covers management of rotas, performance targets, and patient waiting lists, while ensuring timely data provision to senior management and providing administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance management within healthcare settings.
• Ability to analyse data and translate into action plans.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• The management of resources such as medical rotas (senior and junior).
• The management of National and Local performance targets.
• The management of patient waiting lists (e.g., RTT) on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide support to the senior management team with data and information.
• Administrative support when required.
• Monitor and review specialty patient tracking lists to ensure waiting times and capacity issues are addressed.
