Job description

Overview

CHFT are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our Flexible Workforce Team as a Medical Rota Coordinator. The role involves managing a pool of doctors and allocating daily allocations, managing study and annual leave and ensuring that safe medical staffing is provided at all times.

Responsibilities

• The post requires the holder to develop in-depth experience of managing clinical rotas to ensure the correct clinical teams support the correct functions within CHFT.
• The post holder will be responsible for the overall management and control of the rotas for the designated specialty, ensuring the required level of cover is achieved.
• The rotas span 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• The post holder will be required to gain in-depth experience of clinical needs to ensure the rotas are accurate at all times.
