The successful candidate will be well-organized, hardworking, and able to work accurately to deadlines. Effective time management and flexibility are essential. The position is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 1.00pm-6.00pm.

Job summary:
Receive, assist, and direct patients (care navigation) to access appropriate services or healthcare professionals courteously and efficiently.
Provide general assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and visitors, either in person or via telephone. Excellent communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate should also be computer literate with at least 1 year of experience in a public-facing role.
